Dr. S. Balasingh John Samuel, Ph.D., is the Director of NISVO MARINE SURVEYS LLP. He is a Geophysicist specializing in Marine Geophysical Surveys and Oceanographic Measurements, with 15 years of extensive experience in Oceanographic, Seabed/Sub-Seabed Investigations and Coastal Dynamic Studies.
